You bring the idea
Domain expertise and distribution. You don't need to be technical — you need to know the problem space better than anyone.
We build the product
Design, engineering, and AI integration. No hourly invoices, no scope creep. A small monthly retainer (NOK 15–25k) covers infrastructure and direct costs.
We grow it together
Equity vests against milestones — typically 20–35% to NordiTech. You own the brand, customers, and domain. We own the upside together.
